In honor of Filipino American History Month, Belly Up brings you some limited edition traditional Filipino foods and dishes.

Pancit Bihon is a traditional Filipino stir-fried noodle dish often made with vermicelli noodles, vegetables and various meats in a soy-based sauce. Served with a slice of calamansi on the side for an extra bright kick. Calamansi is a small Filipino citrus fruit, native to the Philippines.

Pancit is traditionally served for holidays, celebrations and birthdays, as the long noodles signify a long life and good health.

This polish has a light brown, soy sauce base, and is packed with gold bar glitters for the noodles, orange metallic flakes and small orange hex glitters for the carrots and green metallic flakes and small green hex glitters for the green veggies like celery and green onions.

A base coat and thick top coat or a glitter smoother is recommended for the best results.

$2 of every bottle will go to SIPA (Search to Involve Pilipino Americans) a nonprofit organization established in 1972 by young Filipino American activists in Historic Filipinotown of Los Angeles, to address a lack of local resources, social services, and educational opportunities.
